All Saints’ Clergy & Staff
Meet Our Clergy
The Reverend Canon Andrea McMillin | Priest in Charge Under Special Circumstances
Canon Andrea McMillin is our Priest in Charge, coming to us in January 2022 during a time of regathering, reconnecting, and rebuilding following the pandemic and departure of our former rector.
With 25 years of ordained experience, she was most recently the Canon to the Ordinary for the Diocese of Northern California, responsible for congregational development, recruiting clergy to the diocese, and ensuring smooth transition (calling) processes that are fair, open, and transparent. She is a director and trainer for the College for Congregational Development, a program designed to bring best practices of leadership training, change management, and organizational development to churches. Certified as an Executive Coach through the UC Berkeley Haas School of Management, Andrea prioritizes active, deep listening that generates practical action steps for individuals and groups.
Said Canon Andrea,
“The All Saints’ community is a beautiful tapestry of talent, diversity, and faith. When I first arrived, I immediately felt the presence of the Holy Spirit and I’m grateful for having heard, and responded to, the call to serve as your Priest in Charge. Living and working in Southern California was the furthest thing from my mind not too terribly long ago. The Lord works in mysterious ways and I feel God’s hand at work in this new ministry. This already feels like home and I look forward to meeting more of this generous, inquisitive, and kind faith community.”
Canon Andrea received her MDiv from Yale Divinity School and was ordained a priest in 1997 in the Diocese of Arkansas where she served at Trinity Cathedral School and Parish. She served in the Diocese of Olympia for 15 years and the Diocese of Northern California for 7 years before coming to All Saints’.
She and her husband, Dr. Scott Stockburger, a family practice physician, have two bright, interesting young adult daughters, Sophia and Clara, who are busy studying and exploring the world.

The Reverend Michael Sahdev | Senior Associate Rector
Michael came to All Saints’ in August 2020 after serving at an Episcopal Church & School for three years in Miami, FL. Michael is a native of South Florida, where as a youth he served in leadership roles for diocesan and national youth ministry programs. His love of ministry, relationship with Jesus, and identity as an Anglican led him to attend Sewanee: The University of the South as an undergraduate.
Michael would then discern a call to ordained life, leading him to Virginia Theological Seminary in 2014. While in seminary he also studied in England at Ripon College Cuddesdon and Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford. Michael was ordained a priest in 2017. He has a passion for evangelism, media, pilgrimages, and liturgy. When he is not in church, Michael is rooting on his beloved Miami sports teams, taking in the latest movie, and spending time with friends.
