Shipping Policy
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days and are ready to ship out within 5-7 days.
*Some products take longer to fulfill due to supplier location and other factors.
All items are shipped from our suppliers directly to you!
We aren't able to change or switch your delivery address once an order is placed - make sure to double check your deliver address at checkout.
Our store currently only ships within the US.
Shipping costs and fees are set by USPS. Options are listed at checkout.
Please keep in mind some orders may take longer to process than others due to order size, supplier issues, holiday or volume shipping delays and other factors out of our control. (varies from 5-7 days to 10 or more days)
*we will always do our best to get our cool stuff out to you as fast and efficiently as possible.
Order Status
Once you order something cool from us - a conformation email is sent to the email address you listed at checkout.
If you don't receive order conformation in 1-2 business days please reach out to: info@allsaintsbh.org
After your order is processed and ready to ship you will receive a notification from the shipper to track your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please carefully refer to the size guide when selecting your apparel item. Each item is custom made - we are currently unable to accept/process returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
All Saints’ is unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items - if tracking information shows your order was delivered and you don't have the item we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or replacement item.
Return PROCESS:
To process your return please reach out to All Saints’ within 30 days of purchase - send a photo of the damaged goods to info@allsaintsbh.org
Once we receive the refund/exchange request we will provide additional instructions on where to ship the item(s) and arrange for replacement items to be sent out if applicable.
*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
