Journey Through Lent and Easter with Us

All are welcome to experience the depth and reflection of the season at All Saints’ Beverly Hills.

Join us for worship, music, and fellowship as we journey through Lent, Holy Week, and celebrate the joy of Easter together!

Palm Sunday, April 13

9 am: Party on the Patio

As we have in past years, we will begin Palm Sunday with music, food, and a festive air on the patio, making palm crosses!

10 am: Liturgy of the Palms and Choral Holy Eucharist

Then, there will be a choral procession into the church for worship at 10 am and the narrative of the passion. We will leave in solemn silence as we reflect and enter into the prayerfulness of Holy Week.

Tuesday, April 15

7:30 pm: Service in the style of Taizé

A tradition that began decades ago in a community in Burgundy, France, Taizé offers quiet meditation, reflection, readings, and music to deepen our faith through the communal power of peaceful prayer.
All are welcome to join us for a peaceful evening.

7:30 pm: Holy Eucharist and Foot Washing

The Missa Mystica service and Foot Washing will be a time to remember Jesus’ command to serve one another and to break bread together.

With solemn liturgy, we commemorate the Last Supper as we journey alongside Jesus in his final hours. Through the sacrament of Holy Communion and the humbling act of foot washing, we reflect on Christ's selfless act of love and service to humanity.

Maundy Thursday, April 17

9 pm - 12 am: The Watch

All are welcome to pray in the chapel for an hour and keep watch.

Good Friday, April 18

6 am - 9 am: The Watch

The chapel will reopen at 6 am for prayer.

12:10 pm: Choral Holy Eucharist and the Veneration of the Cross

Good Friday holds deep significance as we venerate the cross and meditate on the immense sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Through solemn prayers and contemplative rituals, we enter into the sorrow of Christ's passion, finding hope in His redemptive suffering.

Holy Saturday, April 19

8 pm: Easter Vigil

This transformative journey from darkness to light symbolizes the triumph of life over death. As we gather in anticipation, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the promise of new life, reaffirming our faith in the victory of light and love over sin and despair. Don’t forget to bring your bells!

Easter Sunday, April 20

9 am: Festival Eucharist

11 am: Festival Eucharist

Join us for our Easter Festival Eucharist at 9 am and 11 am!

Children are then invited to participate in an Easter Egg Hunt after the 11 am service.

With joyful hearts and voices lifted in praise, we proclaim the victory of love over sin and death, embracing the hope and promise of eternal life in Christ, and invite all to share in the joy of His resurrection!
