All Saints’ Cares

Pastoral Care

We all have times in our life when we need a little extra care and prayer.

Below are resources to help support your life’s journey with us at All Saints’.

Eucharistic Visits

Can’t make it to church due to illness, mobility issues, pregnancy, or recent birth?

Lay Eucharistic Ministers at All Saints’ will bring you communion along with a copy of our Sunday’s service leaflet.

Calling and Card Ministry

If you are homebound or suffering from long-term illness, our Calling and Card Ministry will reach out to you with greetings via letters, cards, and phone calls.

Please use the button below to share your needs with us.

Life Resources & Support

We are blessed with many parishioners who have both extensive and quite specific life experience they want to make available to you.

If you’re facing a particular challenge in your life, please contact us to find out if there’s someone with appropriate experience to share.

Bereavement Ministry

This is a ministry to those facing the end of life, and to their loved ones – from the time of death, through the funeral, and during the process of grieving.

Our Pastoral Care team provides support to families and friends of the departed at each funeral and memorial service at All Saints’.

Prayer Team

Our team of clergy and lay chaplains are here to pray with you. Meet us in the Memorial Chapel (in the main church) following the 10 am service on Sundays.

Prayer List

As a part of our worship, we pray as a community for those who have asked for our prayers.

If you would like to be included or if you know of anyone you wish to be included in the Prayer List, please contact us.
