The Honduras Medical Mission

Help Provide Care to Thousands in Honduras

Our Honduras Mission makes an annual trip to Honduras to provide medical care and distribute close to 2,000 pounds of medications and vitamins, as well as hundreds of glasses.

In 1999, Hurricane Mitch devastated Honduras, the 2nd poorest country in Central America.

Motivated by a desire to help, our Honduras Medical Mission was started. We now make the trip to Honduras annually, providing medical and vision care to upward of 1,000 men, women and children – most of whom receive no other medical care during the year.

In addition to distributing medication and glasses, we monitor on-going health issues, check in on growing children, and remind our brothers and sisters in Honduras that they are loved by us.

Missionaries pay for their own travel, and should be fluent in Spanish or possess medical training.

100% of the money raised will go towards helping the people of Honduras.
